For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

By accessing the 8k8.com Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety, together with the following policies incorporated by reference:

• The 8k8.com Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, use, and protection of your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
• The 8k8.com Responsible Gaming Policy, which outlines the tools and resources available to players for managing their gambling activity.

Use of the 8k8.com Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and throughout the duration of Account use:

• Log out from shared or public devices after each session.
• Report any suspicious Account activity to 8k8.com support immediately.

• Share your Account credentials with any other person.
• Allow any other person to access or use your Account.
• Create, purchase, or transfer Accounts.
• Register more than one Account per individual.

In compliance with PAGCOR's regulatory requirements and the Philippines' Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended, 8k8.com is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, at the time of deposit. This process is known as Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification.

You agree to provide, when requested by 8k8.com, any or all of the following documentation:

Failure or refusal to provide requested documentation may result in the restriction or suspension of your Account, including the withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution of the verification process.

8k8.com accepts deposits via the following PAGCOR-approved payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, Coins.ph, and USDT (Tether, TRC-20 network). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 PHP (or the equivalent in accepted cryptocurrency). Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier and are displayed within the 8k8.com cashier interface.

All deposits must be made from a payment instrument registered in your own name and matching the details on your 8k8.com Account. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension and reversal of funds. 8k8.com does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider or network may apply their own charges for which 8k8.com bears no responsibility.

Funds deposited into your 8k8.com Account are for the purpose of gaming on the Platform only. Deposited funds that remain unused in your wallet for an extended period of inactivity may be subject to a dormancy fee as outlined in Section 17 (Amendments), with prior notice provided by 8k8.com.

Withdrawals from your 8k8.com Account are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC Completion: Full KYC verification (as described in Section 5) must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Incomplete verification will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500 PHP. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Matched Payment Method: Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, unless otherwise approved by 8k8.com's compliance team in writing.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to specific wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Real money funds deposited without accepting a bonus offer are not subject to wagering requirements.
• Processing Times: GCash and Maya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 10–30 minutes. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, supplemented by specific terms attached to each individual promotional offer:

• Bonuses are available only to players who have successfully registered a verified Account and accepted the specific promotional offer through the designated claim mechanism on the Platform.

All games available on the 8k8.com Platform operate under their respective published Game Rules. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules, paytables, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and any applicable side bet rules for each game before wagering real money.

Random Number Generator (RNG)-based games on the 8k8.com Platform use certified RNG technology independently tested and certified to produce statistically random and fair outcomes. • Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC processes.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, including money laundering or fraud.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, RNG weaknesses, or system vulnerabilities for gaming advantage.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or 8k8.com staff to influence game outcomes.

• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited without proper authorization.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening 8k8.com staff, other players, or live dealers.
• Registering an Account on behalf of a person under 21 years of age.

8k8.com reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct described in Section 10.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a formal request from 8k8.com.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity related to the Account.
• Account activity inconsistent with legitimate recreational gaming, including patterns suggestive of professional advantage play in violation of bonus terms.
• Receipt of a PAGCOR directive, court order, or other lawful regulatory instruction requiring the restriction or closure of the Account.
• The Player voluntarily requesting self-exclusion under the 8k8.com Responsible Gaming Policy.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, 8k8.com will make reasonable efforts to complete its review within 30 days and communicate the outcome to the Account holder via the registered email address. Real Money balances held in suspended Accounts will be retained pending investigation and returned if the Account is cleared, less any amounts determined to relate to prohibited conduct.

8k8.com does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may result in temporary Platform unavailability, for which 8k8.com shall not be liable. 8k8.com will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance through announcements on the Platform and official communication channels.

8k8.com processes your personal data in accordance with the Philippines' Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the National Privacy Commission's implementing regulations. By using the 8k8.com Platform, you consent to the collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the 8k8.com Privacy Policy.

8k8.com collects and processes personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, anti-money laundering compliance, PAGCOR regulatory reporting, platform personalization, and customer support. 8k8.com does not sell your personal data to third parties for their independent marketing or commercial purposes.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Prior to initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution of any dispute through 8k8.com's internal dispute resolution process. If the complaint cannot be resolved internally within 30 days, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's Player Dispute Resolution mechanism or to the appropriate Philippine judicial body.

8k8.com reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time, including to reflect changes in PAGCOR regulatory requirements, applicable Philippine law, platform features, or business operations. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via the email address registered to their Account and/or via a prominent notice displayed on the 8k8.com Platform no less than fourteen (14) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where the change is required on shorter notice to comply with a regulatory or legal obligation.

Your continued use of the 8k8.com Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
